Jim Herrmann brings decades of football wisdom to Innsbruck, carrying with him a résumé that stretches from the storied fields of Michigan to the bright lights of the NFL. Known for his defensive mind and no-nonsense approach, Herrmann has coached legends, won championships, and now embarks on a new challenge in Europe with the Raiders Tirol. “Coach Herrmann is a proven leader who knows how to build winning defenses,” Raiders management said upon his hiring for the 2025 season.
