He began his career with the Munich Rangers in 2013 and later played for the Munich Cowboys, Marburg Mercenaries, Frankfurt Universe and Frankfurt Galaxy. He has been with the Munich Ravens in the European League of Football since 2023. Rutsch has received numerous awards, including GFL South All-Star and ELF All-Star 2nd Team.
