The PSD Bank Arena
The PSD Bank Arena in Frankfurt am Main is a modern multi-purpose stadium located in the Bornheim district. With a capacity of around 12,500, it really is the perfect size (still) for the Galaxy boys.
For Galaxy fans, the arena has established itself as “Purple Hell”, and not without reason.
The atmosphere in what is not necessarily the most beautiful stadium in the ELF is simply perfect.
Food and drink is “just around the corner”. The pitch is a great place to lie down.
In principle, the arena and our treatment there would be an even 100/100 … if it weren’t for the neon orange vests and the influencers. The bloated media team also wears neon orange.
It’s quite possible that you’ll have three orange vests behind you during the run-in or whatever, and they consistently destroy every motif.
What’s also very pleasant for us is unfortunately also a curse. People let you do it if you know how to behave. Unfortunately, there are always specialists in camouflage outfits who (like everywhere else) overdo it and get in the way of all the other photographers. But that’s about it for criticism. Otherwise, the place (including the people and fans) is always really great and almost perfect.
In short: a visit to the PSD Bank Arena is an absolutely entertaining outing. And the best thing? No matter who wins or loses, you’ll definitely have a lot of fun. The two small points of criticism can certainly be improved and we are looking forward to the next season with great anticipation.
