As we were still too early to get in, we sat down at a small snack bar in the park. We met up with Tom there. After a small snack, we went to the stadium where we were greeted by familiar faces (shout-out to Nacho).
Roberto was also there and we were really pleased to see him again.
The Fire players were already there and had already started their warm-up. The Bravos were also hard at work. After a short pan over the Bravos’ power party, we went onto the pitch and were able to take a few warm-up shots. We were warmly welcomed by many people there. Unfortunately, I could barely kneel, let alone lie down. My knee just hurt too much. The game itself was clearly won by Rhein Fire (who had already arrived with a rage in their bellies because of the first leg loss and were totally fired up). As always, there’s no match report here. Others can do that better than us.
