Everything has an end
We were reprimanded a little at the airport (because of our luggage) … you just have to put up with it without a belt, your hand on your pants. But everything went well and we left on schedule. We would have liked to have stayed longer. In addition to the great experience at the Bravos, Madrid is also absolutely worth a trip as a city. The contrast was really tough. It was the weekend of the floods in Bavaria. So we arrived in Munich in the middle of a storm… and straight from the best weather in Madrid. It wasn’t clear if and which trains and transportation were running. We had already heard warnings on the news and from our family that some public transport services in Munich would probably not be running. However, we didn’t have much time. Our Flixbus to Stuttgart was very tightly timed, as Roman had to go back to work on Monday. So we asked directly at the cab rank. However, after a brief internal consultation, they wanted to make a lot of money from the hardship and charged us €100. That was too much for us. We then decided to test the S-Bahn and were lucky. Our line was probably not affected and the really big emergency was already subsiding. We got to the Flixbus on time, which also got us to Stuttgart reasonably punctually. The journey was long, the journey was exhausting, but the journey was also incredibly beautiful!
