Hohe Warte Vienna
The actual home stadium of the Vienna Vikings is the Hohe Warte stadium in Vienna. With a capacity of just under 5,000 spectators, the stadium is unfortunately a little small. The Vikings, who do so much right, are unfortunately outgrowing the stadium a bit. It’s not a diamond among stadiums, but it’s pretty cool. Especially the square in front of it is really cool with a stage, lots of program, great fans and really many stands etc.. Seen in this light, the stadium is not a real beauty. The VIP area is fun, the compression is great for atmosphere, but that’s basically it, we were looked after brilliantly by the Vikings and as always, were really happy to be there. The club room there not only displays the Vikings’ successes, but also provides snacks and drinks for the media. The offer at the stands in front of the stadium is pretty cool anyway. We really enjoyed it there, even though the stadium itself wasn’t a real highlight. In combination with the Vikings and Vienna, it is definitely a highlight.
