The First Field
The Enthroners’ stadium is really well maintained and pretty. Sure, it’s not a huge stadium like you’ve seen from other franchises (especially 2024), but it’s absolutely adequate. We were there in week 1 for the season opener against the Vikings. And even despite the proximity of the Viennese, the stadium was of course far from sold out. But that didn’t bother us, as the main stand was quite busy despite the rather mixed weather. This gave the impression that there was a lot going on. The whole thing is really lovingly decorated and very well maintained. The only small drawback for us was that it is a little out of the way and not as easy to reach by public transport as you would wish. From our point of view, the grass around the pitch is an absolute plus. It’s much more comfortable to move around than on the concrete at Rhein Fire, for example. The term “power party” may now be a little exaggerated. But here again: absolutely appropriate. There was plenty of seating and you could buy good snacks and drinks. These were also available quite cheaply and were really great. There was also a merch stand. All in all, a well-rounded and, above all, suitable concept. You can really feel at home with the Enthroners. It may not be the 7-hour party like other fanchises, but you really get the feeling that it has a hand and foot and is perfectly attuned to the scale. We can only recommend everyone to visit a game at the Enthroners, especially in combination with a trip to Budapest. Personally, I prefer it this way rather than when the organizers overshoot the mark and incur unnecessary costs. Enthroners … Thumbs up! Keep up the good work! Fear the E!
