With the Raiders
In one of the Raiders’ web shows, we asked Paul for a Raiders sticker for our suitcase. And he actually came to greet us and gave us the beautiful piece. Thanks and shout-out to Paul! Somehow, even after a few months since our last visit, we immediately felt at home again. It’s always great at the Raiders. We also welcomed Birdie (the mascot) right back next to the people and players we love the Raiders so much. Best regards to Tim Unger!
The Vikings and Raiders were already warming up and we were setting up. I have to admit, the bad knees were a real hindrance. Then the game soon started … and yes, you know… There’s no match report here. Just this much: The Raiders unfortunately lost the game. We really wish they had done it this time. This is practically the most important game of the season for the Raiders. And they were close. But unfortunately it wasn’t enough again. At least we were able to get one or two autographs and do some short interviews. In fact, Ken Hike Jr was so touched that we had brought him a photo that he couldn’t believe it. He gladly signed our copy for us. Then we went back to the hotel.
