What's going on with Roman?
Anyone who knows me will have noticed that I’m not necessarily the biggest Centurions fan in the world. So why am I sitting there with the ugly yellow vest and the Centurions cap and making the Bravos sign? Yes, bizarre … I admit. But … Betting debts are debts of honor.
It all started with a crush
It started in Week 2 when we flew to Madrid to attend the Bravos’ very first game. It was a formative experience for us. Not only did I feel incredibly comfortable and welcome there, I also had the impression that something big was about to happen. In all my enthusiasm, Balou(just my opinion ) kept stopping me and telling me that he didn’t like the hype. After several discussions, I quickly agreed to a bet. If the Bravos (they had just won the first game against Rhein Fire) lost the second game against Rhein Fire and the game in Paris against the Musketeers, I would have to wear a Centurions cap at every game for the rest of the season. If it hadn’t turned out that way, Balou would have had to publish a hymn of praise for the Bravos on his blog … well … now I’m sitting there with the Centurions cap, in Berlin, in the rain … Story of my life … you shouldn’t take part in everything if you don’t really believe it yourself. Nevertheless … for the bravos … always happy … it’s a bit embarrassing, but … yo soy bravo!
